I'm a freelancer who loves art, bees, and VTubers.

by commissioning me, you agree to the following (updated 12/11/2022)

─ Regarding usage of your commission
› Do not claim, edit, or sell my work.
› Customer may upload commissioned work to social media platforms.
› Customer may upload products for monetised use on streaming platforms.
› Customer may not make merch of my art without asking for my consent.
› Customer must credit me ("miel @ounceofmiel") wherever the commisison is used.─ Regarding payment & payment methods
› Payment is accepted in USD or EUR via PayPal only.
› Payment is required upfront. Partial payment is available for orders over 100 USD.
› No refund after the first WIP, except if I fail to deliver after 30 days without updates.─ Regarding the process
› With the exception of character design commissions, only three revisions will be made per commissions. All of those have to be done during the sketching phase.
› Final files will be delivered via a link to a Google Drive folder.─ Regarding Live2D
› Edits can be made after the final model is done to adjust to rigger's needs [ie: extra hair separation, breaking down an item further], for free.
› Edits like an extra toggle that wasn't mentioned in the commission initially may be done up to 3 months after the delivery of the commission for an extra fee.
